Working for the worlds 3rd largest global supplier of transport and logistics can open many opportunities for you to develop your career on an international scale.We have an exciting opportunity for a MHE Training Specialist to join our QHSE Team in Dubai.The MHE Trainer is responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and evaluation of all types of MHE trainings for all MHEs (PPT, CBE, CBD, OP, RT & VNA) for safe execution of daily operations activities as per operations team requirement.The MHE trainer will also support in MHE inspection and other HSE inspections to ensure safety of machine and personnel.Responsibilities:Ensure to check MHE training requirements, Plan and execute MHE training & timely prepare MHE training Calendar.Ensure all new and old MHE training records for MHE trained personnel are up-to-dateEnsure DSV staffs RTA license holder records are up-to-date in the MHE Tracker.Ensure effective communication related to MHE Training to all concerned personnel.Report in ARB/investigation meetings for MHE incidents, as and when required.Conduct scheduled HSE inspections and prepare HSE inspection report with all noticed unsafe acts/condition ? communicate and follow-up to ensure effective closureEnsure all MHE/HSE SOPs, policies and procedures are effectively implemented on the floor in all DSV Dubai locations.Timely update record in the MHE and HSE inspection trackers.Supports / leads special MHE/HSE projects as required.Reports all safety related maintenance issues to Maintenance in a timely manner.Enforces the cleanliness and housekeeping standards within the warehouse and the yard environment.Facilitates QHSE?s auditing program to ensure that deficiencies are highlighted, closed and not repeatedAddresses customer related MHE/HSE concerns and complaints ? establish root cause and remedyProduces and submits weekly, monthly and quarterly reportsParticipates in Process Improvement TeamsPromotes and supports HSE culture for continuous improvements within DSV DubaiInteracts with warehouse staff, contractors, helpers, subcontractsUpdates and files QHSE Records correctly - Completes all assigned tasksRandom check & Verify that MHE/HSE protocol, guidelines and rules are effectively implemented in all DSV Dubai locations.Ensure staff follow PPE as per the task/area requirements.Reports unsafe, hazardous conditions or near missesReports hazard conditions or near miss situations as applicableReports suspicious activities if observedAttends safety stand downs and shift handoversAttends development/refresher trainings as applicableAny other related duties / projects assigned by the HSE SupervisorQualifications & Characteristics:Graduate in any discipline/ Diploma or Certificate holderWith a minimum of 1 to 3 years in a providing MHE trainingsMinimum 3 years of operating experience of all MHEsKnowledge of WMS Good Operating Knowledge of all MHEsUnderstanding of warehouse operationsGood knowledge of in English (written and spoken) is a mustGood communication skillsDSV ?
