MerchandiserJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Implements the brand specific visual merchandising standards?Ideate and implement stand design, graphics and displays in line with brand and marketing team?Coordinating store displays in line with brand guidelines and strategy?Visit and arrange merchandise, signage, promotion item displays and planogram in store?Check placement of new launch, re-arrange displays and train BA?s at the store regarding new launch, planogram.?Ensures proper merchandising of gondolas, wall units in each store.?Working closely with the operations and brand management team to increase sales.?Working with sales and store team?Responsible in store opening and timely visit to ensure that brand?s standard are properly implemented and followed?Conduct regular market visits to check adherence to brand guidelines and ensure excellence in execution of all visual merchandising across the region.Requirement:?2 - 3years of prior VM experience in the Middle East region in relevant industries, preferably Beauty?Excellent organization skills?Solid prioritization and time management skills?Proficient communication in English
