Master?s degree in the related discipline
12-15 years of experience in a similar role
? ?Responsibilities:
Planning the medical equipment Room by Room schedules and BOQs for a variety of healthcare facilities
Conducting meetings with end users to further discuss their requirements in terms of level of technology, equipment types, equipment models? etc
Coordinating with architects, Engineers, interior designers, nurse planners, contractors, and subcontractors on medical equipment requirements
Composing Room Data Sheets and reviewing Room Layout Sheets including electro?mechanical service requirements in coordination with other engineering disciplines.
Preparing cost estimate reports for the full list of medical equipment
Sound working knowledge of radiology equipment brands and ability to technically compare them (mandatory), in terms of features, technology, accessories, options, software? etc
Composing medical equipment technical specifications
Preparing the medical equipment tender documents
Excellent experience in technical and financial evaluation for all medical equipment, negotiating the best prices of medical equipment, and executing purchase orders
Managing the delivery and supervision of installation and commissioning of the medical equipment
