Managing and supervising the daily activities of the technical team.The candidate must be competent of:? Ensuring optimal usage of manpower and resources. ? Overseeing and carrying out maintenance and repair of equipment. ? Ensuring that Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks are carried out in accordance with the schedule, frequency and task lists and provides reports on any works required thereafter.? Carrying out sites? inspection.? Coordinating with the teams to insure satisfactory completion of work. ? Filling and submitting accurate job reports.? Carrying out routine inspections for the jobs accomplished by technicians and service providers. ? Ensuring that the quality of the works are in line with the customers? requirements and company?s standards. ? Ensuring a safe work environment all the time and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment. ? Responding to emergency situations during and after working hours to resolve emergency requirements.? Monitoring inventory of materials and equipment.? Relevant experience in installation, maintenance and repair in commercial premises.? Knowledge of MEP installation and civil related works.? Knowledge of pipefitting, and electrical fault diagnosis. ? Good understanding of HVAC systems, and brazing techniques as applicable to the AC and refrigeration industry.? Good understanding of controls systems and BMS. ? Knowledge of safe working practices, risk assessments, method statements and permit-to-work systems.
