?Plan, Organize and manage MEP team for the completion of project as scheduled.?Plan the project execution, develop and establish detailed working schedules based on the project schedule.?Must Have Basic knowledge of MEP related authority permits and approvals process. ?Develop and establish detailed Material Submittal schedule based on the Project Schedule.?Develop and establish a comprehensive schedule of all planned drawing submittals based on the project schedule. ?Develop and establish methods/procedures for interface/tie in with existing services of the project.?Review and propose actions to mitigate the delays, if any, and confirm the implementation of the same. ?Review the technical queries/clarifications from the subcontractor, provide clarification and raise the relevant queries/clarifications to consultant through RFI, CR or in meetings / discussions. Review the clarification from the consultant and transmit to all interfacing subcontractors.?Review subcontractor?s drawings and coordinated drawings for Accuracy, Quality and incorporation of relevant information. ?Manage the Shop drawings and As built drawings programs - Coordinate with team, subcontractors and Consultants - to ensure the drawing preparation progress is as per schedule. ?Manage the construction program - Coordinate with Construction team, Management and Consultants to ensure the work progress is as per schedule.?Monitor the work progress; analyze the resource adequacy for achieving the schedule, implement actions/recovery plans for any variations from the planned schedule, verify the effectiveness of the corrective action.?Provide accurate status of work progress, drawing submittals and material submittals weekly and monthly.?Present weekly progress status, weekly look ahead, potential issues affecting the project progress to the management and discuss/decide the corrective actions. ?Coordinate with subcontractors, Project team and consultants for completing the testing and commissioning activities of the project as per project schedule.?Report to commercial department regarding the bad performance of subcontractor in progress, quality, safety or any other concerns, which needs to be taken contractually.?Provide necessary inputs/documents for preparing variation orders/claims to commercial department?Lead, Motivate, Train and develop MEP Team.
