Main Accountabilities:? Inspect buildings to identify maintenance issues including MEP, firefighting, and swimming pool issues. ? Arrange for and assign workers to each job along with materials, to rectify maintenance defects.? Rectify HVAC issues and monitor, install, rectify AC chiller / split ducted / air handling units, water pumps and pressurization units.? Test system performance and perform emergency repairs.? Carry out routine inspection and maintenance works. ? Rectify Plumbing & Drainage / Electrical issues, and supervise and monitor installation of plumbing and drainage lines / electric cables.? Test system performance and Perform emergency repairs.? Carry out routine maintenance works. Qualifications, Skills and experience:? Certified A/C Chiller Technician with Diploma / ITI Certification. ? At least 5 years? experience as MEP / AC Foreman with strong expertise in AC, Plumbing & Drainage Maintenance works.? Ability to read Electrical drawings, Plumbing & Drainage drawings with experience in maintenance & repair of chillers & split ducted A/C systems. ?
