Job Description

This is a brand-new role, and we are looking for a degree educated candidate to support our clients? very busy Membership & Events Team.?The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a pressurized busy team and meet deadlines.?Description:?

  • Update member profiles on the CRM system
  • Process membership applications
  • Liaise with clients and potential clients via email/phone
  • Send calendar invites in different time zones
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Research
  • Send out reminders/follow ups
  • Assisting with room set-up and registrations
  • Sending marketing packs to potential to members
