Title: Membership Consultant/ ReceptionistLocation: Jumeirah 2, DubaiAbout Us:Join our exclusive boutique health club opening in the heart of Jumeirah! We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Membership Consultant/Receptionist to help grow our membership base and deliver an exceptional member experience starting in Mid December 2024.Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for potential members, providing accurate information and first-class assistance throughout the joining process.
  • Conduct engaging and informative tours of the gym, highlighting membership benefits and features.
  • Analyze customer needs to recommend suitable membership options.
  • Utilize company software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and member interactions.
  • Generate leads to convert into membership sales and engage current members to enhance our reputation.
  • Greet and welcome visitors at the front desk, directing them appropriately.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Receive and sort daily email/ WhatsApp/ social media
  • Visa if required
  • salary ranging between 6000 and 8000 aed +commisions
