We are looking for Medical Underwriting for UAE?Ensure all documentation is complete for policy confirmation/activation?Book policies in the system with complete benefit details and premiums, validate member details and generate debit/credit notes/tax invoices.?Apply for DOH approval number for all confirmations?Coordinate with TPA to issue new policies, renewal, print cards etc.?Check Health Declaration Form for additions to ensure premium calculations are accurate and coordinate with TPA in case of additional loading.?Calculate HAAD penalties as per HAAD regulations if required?Ensuring all endorsements to policy are completed in an accurate and timely manner?Prepare policy for confirmed quotations and dispatch policy documents along with the cards (If any) to the client.?Reviewing and approving Addition and Deletion of members, issuance of insurance certificate if required.?Manual processing of policies and endorsements as and when required in case of system failure or in case of direct clients through NGI or TPA itself?Update member?s information thru TATSH and Compass?Attending to any Group Medical Insurance production queries/issues.?Reviewing, modifying and uploading Nextcare production in Tatsh (Next Care portal) on a daily basis and reconciliation.
