Job Description

Medical Sales SupervisorJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:•Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of medical sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.•Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.•Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to maximize market penetration and revenue generation.•Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.•Manage sales territories and allocate resources effectively to optimize sales efforts.•Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics.•Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitable deals.•Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement and growth.•Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and competitor activities.•Effectively manage expenses within the allocated budget.Qualifications:•Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences).•Minimum 2 years of experience in medical sales supervision or team leadership within the UAE healthcare market.•Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.•Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).•Fluency in English and Arabic (essential).•Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle.•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
