Job Description

To build a business relationship with customers to achieve the organizations objectives (sales, collection of receivables, and customer service).Responsibility

  • Daily visits to pharmacies/hospitals?-?Build a good business relationship with customers.
  • Introducing new products to customers -?Make sure to create product awareness and availability
  • Collecting orders for the products -?Make sure that adequate stocks of each product are available in pharmacies/hospitals
  • Collecting receivables?-?Make sure no overdue or written receivables
  • Coordination with our supplier representatives?-?Double visits to customers to boost sales
  • Follow up with IDS stores for delivery?-?To make sure all placed orders are delivered on time.
  • Ensure the product consumer products visibility in the outlets?-?To have a good display for IDS products in the retail outlets and to ensure the best availability and visibility.
  • Exploring new opportunities and products?-?Being updated with the new products and developments of the market
  • Management reports - To send sales/collection reports (daily, weekly and monthly) as instructed by his direct manager.
