Job Description

Description:We are looking for?a?professional and competent?Medical?Receptionist to?join our?polyclinic. The candidate must be fluent in both English and Arabic; and preferably have 2 years of working experience.Job Profile:

  • Making appointments with clients
  • Conduct initial communication with new?patients:?provide them with?all relevant information about?the clinic, its services, any promotional packages; and information about insurance coverage
  • Welcoming patients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Electronic entry of patients? data and maintaining patient record?
  • Taking payments by cash or credit cards and recording payments in software system correctly. Issuing invoices to patients
  • Preparing insurance claim forms
  • Handling?patients??feedback?and resolving patients? complaints.?
  • Taking messages for doctors
  • Keeping the front desk neat and fully stocked with needed stationery
  • Respecting the clinic?s dress code?
Requirements:
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Fluent spoken and written Arabic
  • Computer literate and practical experience in MS Office
  • Preferably 2 years of previous experience as medical receptionist?
  • Previous experience of working with medical management software. (Otherwise, willingness to learn and complete necessary training)
  • Knowledge in?handling?monetary transactions
  • Experience of working with insurance claims
