Job Description

Position Title: Medical Receptionist Employment Type: Full-TimeSalary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Medical Trading Group, based in Dubai, specializing in Japanese technology and advanced equipment for healthcare.

  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing and answering phone calls.
  • Assist clients with scheduling appointments and provide reminders as needed.
  • Assist with managing patient records and ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately filed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, healthcare providers, and clients.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
