Job Description

Description:We are looking for a professional and competent Medical Receptionist to join our polyclinic. The candidate must be fluent in both English and Arabic; and preferably have 2 years of working experience.Job Profile:

  • Making appointments with clients
  • Conduct initial communication with new patients: provide them with all relevant information about the clinic, its services, any promotional packages; and information about insurance coverage
  • Welcoming patients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Electronic entry of patients? data and maintaining patient record
  • Taking payments by cash or credit cards and recording payments in software system correctly. Issuing invoices to patients
  • Preparing insurance claim forms
  • Handling patients? feedback and resolving patients? complaints.
  • Taking messages for doctors
  • Keeping the front desk neat and fully stocked with needed stationery
  • Respecting the clinic?s dress code
