Job descriptionEndorsement Specialist- Employee Benefits

  • Addition and deletion of endorsement requests in timely manner.
  • Checking, verifying and arranging the ecard and invoices.
  • Sending the endorsement invoices for booking done.
  • Chasing the client for the endorsement details.
  • Chasing client for the payment of pending additions.
  • Handling endorsement requests and follow ups.
  • Monitoring the turn-around-time of the endorsements and EBP cancellations.
  • Maintain the endorsement register log.
  • Able to provide complete and proper information to client.
  • Assisting the client for EBP plans.
Requirement
  • Bachelor?s degree
  • Expertise in excel.
  • Experience in similar role for minimum 2-3 years.
  • Technical knowledge of Group Medical Insurance, Group Life Insurance and Individual Medical Insurance.
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: AED 4,500.00 - AED 7,000.00 per month
