Job Description

Quick response to the incoming ambulance calls.

Classification of cases received in terms of type and priority (Minor, Moderate and Major).
Determine the requirements of the emergency situation received and guide the appropriate and closest emergency crew if needed.
Provide medical and moral support to the patient, relatives and bystanders by telephone until the arrival of the ambulance crew.
Provide scene management instructions by telephone to ensure the safety of the patient and bystanders.
  • EMT certificate must not be less than 400 hours.
  • Emergency medical technician certificate.
  • Bachelor of Nursing Science.
Qualifications:One year experience in medical dispatch or equivalent.Experiences:
