Job Description

Assumes responsibility for day to day activities of Heal Hub Clinic in coordination with Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful planning, organization and delivery of a simultaneous range of therapies and services, delegating tasks within the team and working alongside internal and external teams. The clinic manager will need to ensure a consistent and quality output, while still adhering to the Heal standards and brand values.Responsibilities: ?

  • Develop strategic plans and organization of all resources to ensure the clinics successful performance
  • Manage all financial aspects of the clinic
  • Build work schedules, budgets, and implement policy changes ?
  • Liaise with official authorities to ensure the clinics compliance with rules and regulations of DHA, DED etc.
  • Recruit, hire, and performance evaluation of staff as well as initiate professional development plans and training.
  • Implement safety protocols from patient?s confidentiality to the integrity of the healthcare facility
  • Handle patients complaints and ensure the highest levels of customer service
  • Manage inventory, stocks and purchasing for all requirements and optimize expenses
  • Establish strong relationship with treating doctors to ensure their concerns are addressed
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to shareholders (finance, HR, customer service)
