Job Description

JOB TITLEMedical Business AnalystGENERAL DESCRIPTIONDevelop & manage the key reports and CRM systems to monitor, measure and track overall Medical Team performance & effectiveness.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the CRM database and make suggestions for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain accurate dashboards to measure the KPIs of the medical team, including the medical visits and related sales performance.
  • Train the Medical Representatives team on Veeva tool.
  • Manage the reporting system of the BA and sales team.
  • Veeva system ownership: Managing all the requests for customers list in alignment with One key list.
  • Support in market research & analytics and multichannel activities.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
  • Experienced in managing CRM system: Veeva, Daxium, Stay In Front?..
  • Solid knowledge of MS office & Power BI.
  • Strong organizational skills and project management.
  • Details oriented
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Advanced abilities using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. High expertise in the management and evolution of CRM and CLM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify business issues
  • Excellent project management capabilities
