? Repair of different kinds of Propeller, Rudders including Steering Gears, Thrusters, etc. Slinging and rigging of different heavy parts related to rudder and propeller work.? Agree with Superintendent the scope of work.? Distribute Sr-Foremen, Foremen and Workers according their skills to perform the task.? Co-ordination of work progress with his Asst. Manager, SRM, Superintendent and other trades.? Ensure effective and productive use of manpower, tools and consumables.? Ensure that Managers? instructions and work instructions are followed.? Ensure that safety, quality and environmental requirements are met.? Motivate, coach, develop and appraise subordinates.? Ensure that the Safety, Quality & Environment requirements of the yard are strictly followed.? Perform other job related duties as assigned by the section head.
