Mechanical SupervisorJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :•Supervise and direct a team of mechanical technicians and laborers.•Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other related systems.•Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.•Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.•Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.•Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems and equipment to identify and address potential problems.•Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.•Manage inventory of mechanical equipment and supplies.•Prepare and submit reports on project progress and performance.•Provide technical guidance and support to team members.•Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and develop effective solutions.•Ensure adherence to quality control standards and procedures.•Manage and track project documentation including drawings and manuals.•Evaluate and approve materials and equipment purchases.Requirements :•Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Mechanical Supervisor.•Significant UAE experience is essential.•Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.•Excellent leadership and communication skills.•Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.•Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.•Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.•Valid UAE driving license (preferred).•Relevant certifications or qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related field.
