Ensure all maintenance and modification jobs are completed as planned and scheduled and ensure all tasks are carried out with the minimum shutdown time.
Responsible in identifying all failures and minimize its re-occurrence.
Responsible in evaluating all equipment and ensure they are in good running condition.
Review, verify and approve all the spare parts and service orders as per company standards.
Ensure all Refinery?smechanical equipment and systems operate in a safe and efficient manner and themaintenance of all equipment is performed on a timely basis as per the required standards.
Ensure checks of breakdown on mechanical equipment and abnormality in the operation and take corrective actions or repairs on a timely basis as per the required standards and operational needs.
Ensure compliance to company policies, rules and regulations, and safety measures effectively.
Responsible for the planning, implementation and execution of all projects related to mechanical operations in the Refinery in a safe, timely and efficient manner as per business and operational needs.
Maintain good housekeeping, cleanliness and orderliness within the area of responsibility as per company standards.
Comply with safety requirements and encourages safe working practices.
Adhere to the QMS system, OHSAS (18001), ISO 14001 (EMS) and HACCP / Food Safety System (22000) and SEDEX requirements.
