MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator who can implement preventative maintenance and provide excellent customer service to tenants.Candidate should be professional, polite and attentive while also being accurate. Candidate should always be prepared and responsive willing to meet each challenge directly. Our ideal candidate must excel in customer service and must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.????????????RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Evaluate Maintenance Requests, set priorities and process schedule accordingly.
  • Plan organize and delegate day to day schedule to team
  • Develop and implement Execution plans and implement them.
  • Ensure quality standards are consistently met.
  • Keeping track of supply and material as per the job requirement.
  • Updating all maintenance logs for all maintenance requests.
?????????????REQUIREMENTS
  • Graduate with a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 years? experience in the same role.
  • Proficient Computer Skills.
  • Presentable with excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Outstanding people management skills and leadership skills.
