Job Description

- 3-5 years UAE Experience- Preliminary shop drawing review of contractor documents related to Mechanical system designs related to

  • HVAC
  • Water Supply
  • Drainage
  • Fire Fighting
  • LPG
  • - Understand and implement Drawings and Specifications and in line with International Codes & Standards. Shop drawings and Material submittals review.
- Full understanding of the Local Authority requirements and compliance to the same.- Verification of materials delivered to site, Site installation observation lists and raisingnon conformance reports- Monitor site progress ? to meet the baseline programme (Site Inspections)- Witnessing of Testing & Commissioning- Preparation of final snag lists- Attendance of de-snagging for final handover.
