DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿRead all Mechanical/Architectural/Civil Drawings with Floor and ceiling Plans to carry out installation of works.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿDetails study of HVAC, PLUMBING, and FIRE FIGHTING layouts.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿTo prepare the Selections of Machines FAHU,AHUs, PACKAGE UNIT,VRF, FCUs, VAVs, EXHAUST FAN,ECOLOGY UNITS,PUMPS, SPRINKLER & all others.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿAccessories of HVAC, PLUMBING, FIREFIGHTING, to completing project.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿLooking in to Fabrication of Ducting/Piping/Valves/Insulations & Installation of Machines, VCD, Grill & Diffusers as per SMACNA, ASHRAE, & Project StandardsÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿInstallation & supervision of Domestic water supply system, Drainage system with floor Drain and sanitary fittings as per British standards.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿInstallation & supervision of Sprinkler system, Fire house real, NOVEC 1230 FM-200 vesda system as per civil defense approvals & As per NFPA.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿCoordinating with other professionals like civil engineers, electrical engineer, Architects & interior designers Skilled in handling multiple projects with strong communication skills.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿRevising the budget of project by checking all Design and shop drawings, Project Specification & Claiming for V.O if there is any additional Requirement.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿResponsible for planning of all major activities (Machines, Materials, Manpower) as per schedule to successfully completing the project within the time.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsuring that quality of material and installation of work is with approved materials & method of installation approved for the project.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿTo attain all project related meetings with clients/consultant/main contractors & follow up actions on specified date without any delays.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿResponsible for preparing work progress Report for billing and submitting invoices after Executing works and taking approval from client.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿAnalyzing & resolving technical issues at sites and Assisting Draftsman for preparing Shop drawings and As Built Drawings.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsure safe work environment, control the use of material, and avoid damages and wastage, material request, tools and equipment needed for project.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿResponsible for conducting testing & commissioning & preparing test reports.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿResponsible for submitting O&M manual and handing over the project.ÿ
