Manage the responsibility of Project Coordinator, if assigned for the role for a specific project.
Design of Sustainable Building Engineering Services (HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Protection), keeping abreast with the most current viable technology and equipment capabilities and adhering to global standards.
Technical evaluation as well as Peer review of the project requirements.
Design the building service in line with the requirement of GREEN building regulations i.e. Estidama, EHS, USGBC, wherever required.
Preparation of Questionnaire in coordination with Electrical Engineer.
Prepare Design Basis Report and support Design team to ensure the desired quality.
Preparation of Space Planning in coordination with Electrical Engineer.
Perform calculations for sizing of mechanical equipment.
Review of Mechanical design drawings at all design stages.
Ensure typical installation detail and general notes as well as Mechanical Specifications are project specific.
Liaison with supplier to obtain equipment data.
Design of Plumbing installations as per CIBSE or IP.
Review and refinement of design drawings at all design stages.
Updation of new authority requirements to adopt in current design standards.
Assist/Preparation of project Specifications and BOQ.
Review of Material submittals and shop drawings, if required.
Site visit/site inspection to support project execution and marketing team as and when required.
Address Tender Queries.
Ensure compliance with the IMS procedures and requirements for Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and Energy Management within the organization.
