This role demands extensive experience in mechanical engineering within the Dubai construction industry and a hands-on approach to managing site activities.Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection for construction projects.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems on-site.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to optimize mechanical designs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues on-site.
  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and progress updates.
  • Ensure all mechanical systems comply with local codes and regulations.
  • Supervise and guide on-site mechanical teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Dubai construction industry.
  • Proficient in mechanical design software and AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes and safety regulations.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Excellent problem-solving and technical skills.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
