Complete Plumbing and drainage engineering knowledge for the project executionúAir Conditioning Cooling Load calculations, Heat Loss calculations following ASHRAE codes.úGet approved HVAC Shop Drawings, - -coordination drawings, Work method statement and project specification from project engineer.úDuct system design, supervision, duct fabrication and installation of the ductwork following SMACNA 2, DW 144 codes.úChilled water pipe design and pump head calculation, selection of chilled water pumps.úCalculation of static pressure of Blowers & Pumps and their selection.úSelection of Chillers, AHU?S, FCU?S, Exhaust Fan, Blower and other Accessories.úEnsure the HVAC Ducts, Fittings, accessories and Child water pipes, fittings, accessories are available and approved by Inspection department prior to installation.úSite supervision of all Air-conditioning & works.úPreparing relevant documents to conduct inspection for completed installation activities and raise RFI to QC-Inspector (To ensure that any activity offered for inspection has an attachment of IFC drawing, method statement (if required), Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) followed by check list).úClosely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with approved shop drawings and specifications and get daily progress report from site supervisor and update the project EngineerúActive involvement in weekly meeting with the project management & QC Supervisor and manager to resolve site related issues.úPreparing the relevant documents to Conduct Testing inspection such as Duct light testing for ducts and Hydro test for above ground and underground chilled water piping systems.úEnsure safe work environments, control the use of material and avoid damages and waste, request material, tools and equipment needed for the projects and issue the foreman daily instructions as per the work planúMaintaining records and archives to company standardsúÿResponsible for Preparation of Bill of Quantity of Materials for Projects.
