1. Executes preventive & Corrective maintenance accordingly tothe instruction given by the Supervisor with fully compliance toSOPs and Site Safety rules and regulations.2. Usage of suitable PPE for work, safety fencing/cover/dooropened for any work/reason must be closed immediately aftercompletion of the task before the machine is turned live.Carries out periodical checks/maintenance inspections statingon the check list.3. Understanding all Electrical or Mechanical Components in theSystem, fault analysis & troubleshooting.4. In the event of a baggage jam or any other problem in theirwork area they will immediately intervene, in line with theprocedure applicable and in close co-ordination with the controlroom5. Ensure means of communications is available all the time andremain in close communication with his supervisor and otherstaff of BHS6. Analyze and seeks for continuous improvements on the field7. Proper handling /taking over of all the tools /job tasks duringstart/ end of the shift8. Adheres all safety rules, regulations and take appropriateprecautions at all times during his working hours9. Responsible for the implementation of all procedures, handlingSafety, Quality. Supervision of 1 to 5 maintenance assistants
