Mechanical Design EngineerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:?Designing of HVAC service for all types of systems (Chillers, District cooling, DX and VRF systems)?Designing of Plumbing systems (Water supply and Drainage services)?Designing of Firefighting systems.?Designing of Gas systems.?Perform cooling load calculations using carrier HAP software.?Perform all mechanical calculations (AC, Ventilation, Smoke ventilation, Firefighting, Water Supply, Drainage and Gas services), equipment selection and schedules.?Develop the mechanical design drawings in co-ordination with all other disciplines architectural, structural, ID etc.?Familiar with NFPA, ASHRAE, SMACNA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, UAE Fire Code, TRAKHEES, DDA, Lootah Gas and/or other relevant international/local Codes and Standards.?Familiar with district cooling operator requirements (like EMPOWER, etc.)Knowledge and Expertise :?5-8 years of experience working in top engineering consulting firms in GCC?Minimum 5 years Dubai experience is a must?Experience in the HVAC software (HAP), AutoCAD, & MS Office
