Job Description

About the Role:We are currently looking for a?Material Management Supervisor?for Al Futtaim Auto Center in Dubai who will perform operations and projects to ensure the right product at the right place at the right time and at an optimal cost.Specifically, your key responsibilities are as follows:Order Processing

  • The Demand planner is responsible to review and process Back-to-Back orders with supplier.
  • Ensure orders are sent to the supplier and confirmation on receipt of orders.
  • Ensure orders are dispatched within the agreed lead time
Branch Support
  • Recall and Redistribution Order Processing and Follow up
  • Monitor Auto Replenishment orders
Demand Planning
  • Collect market information from business, analyse and incorporates it into statistical forecasting models to generate final forecast.
  • Measures variances between forecast and actual demand, analyzes cause and effect, recommends corrective action to Ordering and Inventory Team
  • Analyse Sales trend for Key Customers and Branches
?Lost Sales
  • Gather inquiry information and analyse to identify part numbers that potentially could increase company revenue
  • Collect Lost Sales information from Sales team and take necessary action to improve the availability.
  • Review of Stocked and Non-Stocked Items and analysis of root cause and counter measures and coordinate to Ordering team for further actions.
  • Proactively working with Sales team to avoid Last Sales or Local Purchase
