Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Masons to join our team in the UAE. As a Mason, you will play a crucial role in the construction process by laying bricks, stones, or other materials to build walls, foundations, and other structures. Your expertise will contribute to the quality and durability of our construction projects across various sites in the region.?Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret blueprints and construction drawings to plan layout and procedures.
  • Measure and cut materials to required specifications using hand or power tools.
  • Mix mortar or grout according to standard formulas and prepare surfaces before laying materials.
  • Align structures using plumb lines, levels, and other measuring equipment.
  • Install and repair structures and fixtures made of brick, block, stone, or other materials.
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Mason in a construction or related field.
  • Proficiency in using masonry tools and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Willingness to work long hours (10-hour shifts) and six days per week.
  • Valid UAE residency visa (sponsorship provided by the company).
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
