Job Description

About the positionAs a Marketing Manager, you will work alongside our team of talented and dynamic experts as they work to provide exceptional solutions to the many challenges our business and clients face. We enable you to use your inquisitive nature, and business acumen to be a crucial part of the technical and commercial success of the business. This role reports to the Group Head of Marketing.Main Responsibilities

  • Optimize campaigns and funnels to maximize efficiency and performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with sales and support service teams to manage and optimize the customer journey.
  • Conduct and provide market research and competitive marketing analyses.
  • Provide reporting on performance and results.
  • Sound understanding of performance marketing, (SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns).
  • Proofread and copyedit as requested.
  • Design, develop and launch email marketing campaigns including the development of segment lists, emails and associated landing pages.
  • Keep ahead of and communicate industry specic social media trends.
  • Prepare and manage radio and outdoor advertising.
  • Assist in the management of influencers and barter agreements.
  • Co-ordinate with the social media, copywriting and design teams to execute omni-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Manage partnerships & sponsors and associated promotions and marketing around partnership/sponsor announcements.
  • Coordinate and manage company events and events where the company is participating, including organizing key note speakers.
  • Hosting online events and managing webinars.
