Marketing ExecutivesJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :•Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across various platforms (digital, print, events, etc.) to promote the companys services in fit-out interiors, solid surface materials, exhibitions, and manpower solutions.•Manage and maintain the companys brand image and messaging consistency across all marketing materials and channels.•Conduct market research to identify target audiences and competitive landscape.•Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively.•Create engaging content (website copy, brochures, social media posts, presentations, etc.) for various marketing campaigns.•Organize and participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.•Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective marketing alignment with overall business objectives.•Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.•Manage relationships with external marketing agencies or vendors.Requirements :•2-5 years of experience as a Marketing Executive in a relevant field (preferred, but not mandatory for candidates with relevant postgraduate qualifications).•Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA or other postgraduate qualification in a related field is preferred.•Proven track record of successful marketing campaign development and execution.•Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing).•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic language proficiency is a plus.•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.•Valid UAE drivers license (preferred).•Passion for marketing and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
