Marketing CoordinatorJob Location : UAE:•Perform vendor registrations, prepare recommendations, and process Local Purchase Orders (LPOs).•Maintain accurate records of LPOs and payments for budgeting purposes, and utilise Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system effectively.•Handle corporate credit cards, payment processes, and liaise with the Finance & Accounts department to ensure accurate and timely payments.•Manage the official accounts on Google My Business and provide reports.•Support in creating and updating web pages for the assigned Group companies.•Monitor and update digital screen content.•Coordinate events, on-ground activities, and outdoor advertising campaigns.•Manage advertisements and related tasks for newspapers, radio, and TV.•Coordinate and oversee photo and video shoots.•Develop and maintain distribution lists for marketing materials and coordinate their delivery.•Handle the distribution of prizes to winners and ensure proper and accurate documentation.•Prepare and submit to the line manager, monthly management reports, and other marketing reports as required.Job Details :•Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related field•Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing administrative role•Effective communicator•Digital marketing knowledge•Strong organizational and multitasking skills•Professional relationship with both internal and external customers•Business Communication English and Arabic (Oral & Written)•A UAE driving license would be an added advantage•Proficiency in ERP systems and digital platforms is preferred•Computer Proficiency: MS Word, Excel & Power point, proficiency in ERP systems and digital platforms would be an added advantage
