Job Description

Main Accountabilities:The role will be reporting to Marketing Director (directly) and Brand Manager (dotted) while will be closely working with supply chain and business development managers based on the scope of work.Key Accountabilities:Short-term Priority:

  • Leading artwork/product label process (in priority for Russian market but not limited to) end2end w/internal and external stakeholders as per the product launch pipeline. This requires accurate languages translations, ensuring regulatory compliance w/external partners, artwork design & development w/agencies, running approvals process w/internal and external stakeholders, as a full-fledged project management/orchestration.
Long-term Priority: Supporting Marketing Director and Brand Manager on;
  • Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition
  • Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
  • Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
  • Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
  • Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
  • Competitor and customer insights analysis
  • Product development, new launches from idea to formulation, and preps on the launch plans to execution in field.
  • Supporting other functions ( ie bus development, supply chain etc) on their business related needs & requirements.
