We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Strategist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape. They will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The Marketing Strategist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and digital marketing, to ensure alignment and maximize impact across all marketing channels.Responsibilities:Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.Collaborate with the product development team to create compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate with target audiences.Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, using analytics to track success and optimize campaigns for better results.Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate creative ideas and solutions for marketing challenges.Prepare and present reports to senior management on marketing performance, insights, and recommendations for future strategies.Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually refine and enhance marketing strategies.Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.Preferred Candidate:Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a FMCG / Food&Beverage sectorStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, PPC, and social media management.Strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering results and achieving objectives.Relevant degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proficiency in both English and Arabic .
