Join us and lets get started. AECOM UAE is offering the unique and exciting opportunity for a creative and social Marketing professional to join our Urbanism + Planning business line. This person will provide marketing support on events, campaigns and materials that differentiate AECOMs U+P services, showcase the breadth and depth of the companys capabilities, celebrate the people and projects and help raise the profile and brand recognition of the company with existing and potential clients and broader external market.

• Create, edit, and format marketing content and communication materials internally
• Champion, refine and maintain brand identity guidelines and the Urbanism + Planning teams vision internally and externally
• Social media management and thoughtfully curating content to be circulated
• Ability to strategize for growth & offer team culture enhancements
• Social calendar coordination
• Graphic skills for brochures and presentations to aid the Graphics + Proposals team
• Building relationships with trade publications, media outlets and event representatives
• Researching and identifying key competitions, showcases and other creative external activities for the team to participate in and helping to enhance AECOMs branding strategy and presence
• Maintain the calendar of events for all major industry associations and ensure proper coordination of external and internal events

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in Marketing (experience in highly matrixed organizations preferred due to the level of collaboration and stakeholder coordination)
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Marketing, Communications or Graphic Design
• Software experience required in the following:
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Demonstrated, outstanding graphic, writing, grammar, proofreading and formatting skills.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of design and operations teams.
• Strong work ethic and highly organized, with ability to communicate, multi-task, and work under deadline pressure
• Ability to build relationships and maintain collaboration among multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Must be thorough and meticulous in completing assigned tasks and identifying errors, duplicates, & discrepancies through defined methods.
