Marketing Project ManagerÿTiron Graphics is seeking to add its next superstar to their rapidly growing team in Dubai. We are looking for a Project Manager who understand projects? scope, clients? requests and deliver everything on time. Your main job will be creating detailed schedules, set deadlines at each stage of the project, and make sure that work is distributed equally and fairly between creative teams and other departments. You will have daily communication with the clients and translate their needs into a successful plan.It?s your responsibility to keep everything running smoothly, despite the constant changes and demands of the agency and clients.ÿResponsibilitiesÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsure the simultaneous running of several projects in parallel, regularly going back and forth from the team to the clients.úÿÿÿÿÿÿUnderstand the requirements of the clients and able to push back when necessary.úÿÿÿÿÿÿManaging all business?s marketing communications from their conceptualisation to their completion.úÿÿÿÿÿÿManaging ad hoc requests from multiple accounts daily.úÿÿÿÿÿÿMake sure the project meets the expectations and deadlines of the clients and the management team by distributing the tasks efficiently and functionally.úÿÿÿÿÿÿLead people under tight deadlines and stay cool under pressure.úÿÿÿÿÿÿHave a keen understanding of the industry and audience for the assigned projects.úÿÿÿÿÿÿConstantly monitoring the schedule and adjust accordingly to ensure deadlines are met.úÿÿÿÿÿÿReport to the Project Leader about the current workflow and communicate any possible issues.úÿÿÿÿÿÿCreating quotations and invoices.
