Marketing ManagerJob Location : UAEJob Responsibilities :?Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies to promote the shipbuilding and ship repair yard that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.?Conduct research to identify and analyze market trends and stay uptodate with competitor activities.?Develop and manage marketing budgets for specific target markets.?Build partnerships, establish industry contacts, and collaborate with third parties such as media outlets trade publications, industry bodies, and other stakeholders to expand our reach and deepen engagement with our target audience.?Manage the production of all marketing materials, including copywriting, graphic design, production of videos, drone footage, and images.?Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.?Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals in order to achieve departmental goals.Job requirements :?Proven experience as Marketing Manager or equivalent position, preferably in the shipbuilding and ship repair industry.?Demonstrated success in developing and administering marketing strategies in the shipbuilding and ship repair industry.?Experience with shipbuilding and ship repair nomenclature and processes, including a keen understanding of shipyard operational processes.?Strong leadership skills, experience managing and mentoring marketing teams, and the ability to work collaboratively.?Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to connect with ship owners, project managers, and other shipyard professionals.?Understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.?Strong project management skills, with a proven record of successfully completing ontime deliveries. Strong attention to detail.?A Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred.?Age: 30 years or above
