A Homes Vacation Rental Apartment company is looking for a Marketing Manager for their rental apartments. Candidate will be responsible for property management of multiple properties in Dubai. The candidate must be an experienced capable of making decisions on his/her own, and problem- solving. Make sure every property is set for each new guest arriving; this includes coordinating with cleaning, laundry, maintenance, etc. - Schedule cleanings. Do check-in and check-outs at the property with guests - Be the contact person for guests - Arrange special needs for guests - Does marketing, visits every day to tourism companies for marketing, takes new steps to make sure we reach the target monthly. Communication with all current and future guests. - Be available to drive to guests - Respond to booking inquiries and finalize bookings, Follow up on inquires and try your best to receive bookings from guests Answer questions immediately, take immediate action with any complaints. Holiday Homes Operator or Real estate property management experienced candidate may apply.
