You will be required to manage your time and duties.Responsibilities:Overseeing and developing marketing campaignsConducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiencesDevising and presenting ideas and strategiesPromotional activitiesCompiling and distributing financial and statistical informationWriting and proofreading creative copyMaintaining websites and looking at data analyticsCoordinating internal marketing and an organisation s cultureMonitoring performanceManaging campaigns on social mediaExecution - End-to-end execution of marketing initiatives; involves working with agencies, freelancers etc.SEOMonitoring volume and quality of trafficPromoting website on Google and other major job search enginesCreating B2B leadsSkills at the time of joining:?Structured and good problem solver?Data driven?Stakeholder management?Efficient communication?Empathetic towards users?Good knowledge of at least one digital marketing platform (like Google, FB, LinkedIn etc)Ideal candidate must have Engineering degree with at least 2 years proven experience in similar performance marketing role. Driven, hungry, goal oriented, structured and with good communication skills. Fluent spoken and written English is essential for this role.
