DescriptionWe are looking for a Marketing Executive to support our Sales & Marketing team in our leisure and entertainment organization in Dubai. This role involves social media management, content creation, community engagement, influencer coordination, and general marketing support. It?s perfect for a motivated, creative individual who enjoys digital marketing and is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content

  • Assist in creating and posting content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, , etc).
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Help in capturing and editing photos, videos, and reels for marketing purposes.
  • Track and report on social media performance (likes, shares, engagement rates).
Community Engagement & Influencer Coordination
  • Identify and reach out to micro-influencers and content creators for brand collaborations.
  • Assist in organizing giveaways, contests, and promotions to boost engagement.
  • Maintain a database of potential influencers and brand partners.
Marketing Administration & Support
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
  • Help maintain and update the marketing content calendar.
  • Support in preparing marketing materials (brochures, presentations, and flyers).
  • Coordinate with vendors for printing, signage, and promotional materials.
Email Marketing & CRM Support
  • Assist in sending out promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain and update customer databases.
  • Help track campaign results and provide basic reports.
Market Research & Reporting
  • Conduct basic market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
  • Assist in preparing reports on customer feedback and marketing performance.
