Marketing Consultancy Officer will be responsible for all registrations, Arrangements, Office preparations, and report to Marketing Specialist to complete and to fulfill task in line with the needs of the Marketing department.* Registration online of company with clients (Government and or Semi Government) * Daily visits to introduce our company profile / pre- qualification to clients and consultants* Specify our materials to each consultants/ client vendors* Keep consultants/Clients updated with company's latest products and Certifications* Follow up concept/ design/ tender projects with consultants and to send report of JOH to sales Manager to follow up through our system integrator (Follow up projects)* Discuss technical issues / problem with clients/ consultants/ contractors (materials submittals/ Technical Supports)* Project Source (consultants Information/ BNC)* BNC Updated Reports* Follow up on project status with consultants* Arranging consultants project reports for meetings* follow up with the sales on projects approvals (Pre approved from consultants due to marketing meeting with consultants)* Follow up with the sales on awarded project status transferred from Marketing department* Preparing arranging for factory visits.* Preparing and arranging for events/ training (follow up internally with engineering department/ follow up with consultants invited)
