Do you love working with people?We are looking for a Marketing Director to be in charge of leading Bayt.coms marketing efforts.??The Marketing Director is responsible for evaluating and developing marketing strategies & partnerships, building awareness and positioning for our companys brands, and working closely with our sales department to generate demand.?Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing marketing department
  • Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
  • Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan
  • Building brand awareness and positioning
  • Communicating the marketing plan to internal stakeholders
  • Competitor research
  • Monitoring channel performance & coordinating tasks
  • Representing our priorities, making sure that our Marketing is delivered in a way that is consistent with our values & our priorities?
  • Setting & leading the delivery of our cross-channel creative strategy
  • Working with the sales department to generate demand and increase market share while balancing customer satisfaction
  • Developing advertising & branding campaigns
  • Creating and developing sales support material
  • Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish
  • Organizing company events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Overseeing social media marketing strategy, PR strategy, email marketing strategy, and content marketing
  • Working closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
  • Acting as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
  • Consistently auditing both job seeker and employer experiences to bring delight
  • Devising strategies to create partnerships with relevant organizations and public associations??
