We believe that if we have talented and ambitious people who are passionate about innovation, there is no limit to what we can achieve.THE POSITION Marketing Coordinator supports and assists in the day-to-day regional marketing activities with the objective of increasing market share, productivity growth and brand awareness in compliance with Boehringer Ingelheims (BI) Corporate marketing strategy, whilst adhering to best practice principles and BIs standard operational procedures (SOPs).Tasks & responsibilities

  • Plans, prepares, coordinates and implements regional and international marketing events (i.e. congresses, workshops, standalone events, symposiums, CME?s exhibitions etc) in coordination with the Regional Product Manager and Corporate.
  • Support the Product Manager in all activities whilst ensuring adherence to Compliance SOPs.
  • Conducts post event evaluation and event cost analysis in coordination with the Finance department by gathering finance data from other countries and reconciling it with approved budget.
  • Prepares, designs, and implements promotional materials under the leadership and in close coordination with the Regional Product Manager (RPM).
  • Liaises and negotiates with suppliers and logistics department in the distribution and shipment of promotional materials.
  • Supports the Marketing team in filing, meeting arrangements and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing/Business Administration
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in Marketing field.
  • Previous experience in Pharmaceutical Industry would be preferrable
  • Business and Marketing Acumen, Customer Orientation, Project Management, Effective Execution and Relationship Management
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge in MS Office
