Roles & Responsibilities.

  • Submission of the promotional collaterals on Veeva PromoMats for review and approval
  • Follow up with content development vendors
  • Maintains promotional materials inventory
  • Raising contracts for speakers / sponsorships after approval
  • Follow up on POs issuance before the events
  • Post Meeting / Event documentation and closure , notifying the finance team to issue the payments
