Job Description

Job ProfileThe role of the Marketing coordinator is to support the marketing department, coordinate with all other departments/offices on their marketing requirements in a timely manner.Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaises with all stakeholders including suppliers, colleagues, and other company departments and regional offices to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
  • Manages the production of print collateral and corporate branding materials from quotations to quality control and payments, and arranges for effective distribution to all departments/offices
  • Handles exhibition participations and corporate events, from booking and execution Maintains and reports marketing expenditures on a monthly basis
  • Maintains a monthly reconciliation on all stocks at local/regional warehouses and arranges stock replenishments
  • Provides out-of-scope support as requested by management
