The candidate will be reporting to the Marketing Manager Event assistance & execution Assist with creating printed and digital marketing collateral. Customer service (Customers, corporate calls and follow up, etc) Creating presentations and agreements Assist with Social media presence and creating engaging content (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat etc.?) and reporting if needed. Assist in creating/implementing marketing email campaigns when required. Monitoring the website content is up-to-date and accurate (WordPress) Creating and managing SMS/ WhatsApp campaigns Assist with managing/creating blog posts Following up with marketing partners on their activities Tracking competitors marketing strategy Assisting with promotional activities Maintenance and update of marketing resources and documents such as customer database and key marketing filing documents Visiting customers/external agencies. Undertake ad-hoc marketing projects. Manage administrative duties
