Job Description

We are a Real Estate Brokerage firm newly established in Dubai focusing on Primary and Luxury Properties.Join our success story today!As the Head of Marketing and Lead Generation vertical, you would be designing and executing the marketing campaigns through the various social media channels with minimum supervision reporting to the Director of Sales.High level role responsibilities:

  1. Set and execute the lead generation campaigns across the various channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, emails, Google Ads, SmS..etc.. for primary and secondary market.
  2. Review campaign effectiveness and efficiencies based on spend, lead generated, cost per lead and timelines.
  3. Advise the Director of Sales on the optimum campaigns technicalities, keywords, demographics based on the product specifics.
  4. Design campaign visuals through AI, Pr, or similar tools.
  5. Content / Blog writing for company?s website.
  6. Create catchy designs for posts on social media
  7. Develop and executive the social media events calendar.
