Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build, lead & manage strong relationships with chain HQ & store teams
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly Business reviews and action plans executions on time
  • Thorough data analysis using own expertise and with dashboard & BI teams to identify root causes of issues and opportunities
  • Effective and quick execution of action plans with cross functional teams
  • Store setups enhancements to improve customer delight & drive growth (in conjunction with Logistics where relevant)
  • Support logistics team with instore challenges & opportunities to improve efficiency & cost/order.
